"Hi Caryl...We can't thank you enough (along with your entire staff) for how pleased everyone was with this engagement venue!!! From the beginning to the end everything was handled with such professionalism. The food was delicious...we didn't hear one negative remark! There wasn't one thing that went wrong that night (only thing that we COULD find if we had to was that we had coat room help when we didn't expect it haha). I myself have been involved in many function planning events and I can honestly say you along with your crew did an A+ job!!!
