The Caddie Program

The Belmont Country Club Caddie Program was developed with one goal in mind: to enhance the golf experience for our members and guests while providing young men and women from our surrounding communities with safe and rewarding summer employment. Belmont Country Club is always looking to grow and refresh its caddie ranks with enthusiastic individuals seeking a great summer work experience. Our Professional Staff provides comprehensive caddie training to ensure an enjoyable and successful season at BCC. All new caddies, both rookies and those with prior experience, are required to attend Caddie Camp. This camp is a crucial part of the training process for caddying at Belmont Country Club. At the completion of Caddie Camp, participants will take a competency test to demonstrate their understanding of the fundamental duties required for the role.
